Picture this: As the setting sun creates the warm glow of the golden hour and the full moon rises over a spectacular city skyline view, you are lying back on the rooftop, bathing in the sounds of an ambient sonic journey that’s soothing your nervous system.

This cellular massage invites you to drop into a state of deep relaxation through tones, timbres, drones, and rhythms from live handpans, gongs, chimes, flutes, drums, singing bowls and more with Mishana’s Mary DiMeglio and magical musician Sean Youngman.

Scientific research shows the frequency of sound waves lowers anxiety and blood pressure. It is an easy way to get out of your head and nourish your soul. Come discover a state of sweet surrender.

We begin with 30 minutes of gentle stretching and guided breath and body scan relaxation to prepare the body to fully receive the vibrations. Enhance your experience by adding Reiki with Mary during the journey!

How to find us

Parking in the lot and garage is free and plentiful. When you pull into the Falls Center complex, you will see a large parking lot and garage to your right. (With Founded and The Preston on your left.) For Rooftop: On top of the parking garage. Founded has a restroom if needed.
