You’re invited for a uniquely transcendent sensory experience. Picture this: As the setting sun creates the warm glow of the golden hour and the full moon rises over a spectacular city skyline view, you are lying back on the rooftop, bathing in the sounds of an ambient sonic journey that’s soothing your nervous system.
This cellular massage invites you to drop into a state of deep relaxation through tones, timbres, drones, and rhythms from live handpans, gongs, chimes, flutes, drums, singing bowls and more with magical musician Sean Youngman.
Scientific research shows the frequency of sound waves lowers anxiety and blood pressure. It is an easy way to get out of your head and nourish your soul. Come discover a state of sweet surrender.
We begin with 30 minutes of gentle yoga shapes and guided breath and body scan relaxation to prepare the body to fully receive the vibrations. To get your body extra ready to relax, join us beforehand at 6 for beginner-friendly donation-based Rooftop Yoga!

How to find us
Parking in the lot and garage is free and plentiful. When you pull into the Falls Center complex, you will see Founded and The Preston on your left. Stay to the right side of the driveway to pull into the large lot and parking garage on the right side. If the gate is up when you enter the parking lot, make sure to pull a ticket anyway -- you will need it to get out. You can drive up the garage to Level 4. We will meet on top (Level 5).
