Sound Massage

Mishana’s Mary DiMeglio and guest sound artist Joshua Maurer join for a beautiful collaboration in our East Falls studio, uniting in their devotion for creating and sharing sound medicine. We will create this experience using gongs, bronze singing bowls, and more. This is a “sound massage” — if you choose, the bowls will be placed directly on your body!

Lay back as these frequencies massage you on a cellular level, washing away stress, pain and energetic blocks. As you sink into theta brainwave state, the body and mind heals itself. Our studio has incredible acoustics!

We begin with gentle yoga shapes and guided breath and body scan relaxation meditation to prepare you to fully receive the vibrations. Plus, you can receive Reflexology/Thai Massage or Reiki Energy Healing during the journey!
