Begin your Thanksgiving feeling grounded and grateful! This special 90-minute experience will help you feel centered and relaxed for the rest of your holiday. Beginners and all bodies very welcome!

First, open your body and connect to yourself with slow and gentle morning yoga. This meditative practice will calm your mind and your nervous system, giving you space to turn inward, stretch, soften, and tune into the sensations of your body and the flow of your breath.

Then, enjoy a special extended guided meditation with live sound healing instruments to enhance your relaxation, including gong, Tibetan brass singing bowls, buffalo drum, chimes and more! Scientific research shows the frequency of sound waves lowers anxiety and blood pressure, washing away stress, pain and energetic blocks.
