Massage & Bodywork
Bodywork stimulates relaxation and circulation, rejuvenates the nervous system, regulates oxytocin, reduces inflammation, and boosts the immune system.
Our therapists are especially adept in relieving chronic back and neck pain associated with stress and posture-related issues. Each session is personalized to your needs. We intend to provide the relief and relaxation you deserve in our safe and nurturing environment.

Shiatsu & Spinal Alignment
Based on the Five Element System of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Oriental Medical Theory, Robbie's practice uses techniques such as acupressure, stretching, palpation, and alignment of the spine and joint structure.
For Shiatsu treatment, it is recommended to wear loose, comfortable clothing. Shiatsu activates points along the energy pathways or meridians that run through the body, which each organ uses to carry energy from itself to the rest of your body. Opening these pathways helps strengthen your organs and clear any blockages so your body can work most efficiently.
Robbie studied at the International Shiatsu School in Doylestown. In his bodywork, Robbie often incorporates complementary modalities, including Cranial-Sacral Release (which can help traumatic brain injury and lower back pain) and Myofascial Release to relieve long-term injuries and more.
